Epygi eQall is a SIP softphone designed specifically to work seamlessly with Epygi IP PBX products, offering a range of useful features:

• Auto provisions via QR code scanning.
• Supports up to 8 accounts registered on the same or different Epygi IP PBX systems.
• Manages multiple contact lists, including the mobile phone’s contact list and the Epygi IP PBX phone book, with automatic synchronization upon updates.
• Enables basic calls, blind and attended call transfers, 3-way calling, call waiting, call holding, voicemail indication, and other standard call functionalities.
• Supports text messaging that is compatible with SIP IP phones.
• Ability to receive calls in all scenarios, even when the application is closed.
• Automatically selects the appropriate IP PBX network interface for registration: local LAN/WAN IP address, translated public IP address, FQDN, etc.
• Enables calling from the mobile phone’s native dialer.
• Inbound mobile calls do not disrupt active eQall calls; users can choose to decline or answer the incoming mobile call.
• Toggles Do Not Disturb (DND) and Call Forwarding features on the Epygi IP PBX.
• Supports Epygi IP PBX Multi Programmable Keys (MPK), providing functionality akin to desktop IP phones including status monitoring of other extensions, speed dialing, access to shared voicemails, call parking, schedule changes, etc.
